案例教学法在工业企业防火教学中的应用

工业企业防火课程具有较强的理论知识性和实践应用性，其教学必须体现理论讲授为主导，实践应用为主体的教学指导思想。而传统的教学方法不能真正实现师生互动，无法培养学生学习的主动性和创造性。为弥补传统教学模式中存在的缺陷，将案例教学法引入工业企业防火课堂教学中，取得了良好的教学效果。     

非英语专业本科生英语学习中自我评价能力的培养

当下大学中对学生英语能力的评价仍以终结性评价为主。教师的评价和考试成绩等终结性的评价，虽然相对客观，但仍不能全面的反映学习者的英语学习状况。对于大学生自我评价能力的培养包括培养学生自我评价的意识，让学生认识到自己是课堂管理的重要参与者和了解自我评价的重要性。教师还需要参与到学生自我评价的过程中，帮助学生进行动态化、系统化、规律化和科学化的自我评价，并对学生的自评进行反馈。     

What Sticks? The Evaluation of a Train-the-Trainer Course in Military Ethics and its Perceived Outcomes

Ethics training has become a common phenomenon in the training of military professionals at all levels. However, the perceived outcomes of this training remain open. In this article, we analyze the experiences of course participants who were interviewed 6–12 months after they had participated in a train-the-trainer course in military ethics developed by the Faculty of Military Sciences of the Netherlands Defence Academy. Through qualitative inductive analysis, it is shown how participants evaluate the training, how they perceive the development of their moral competence, and how they see the impact of the training on their own training practice.

在军队工科院校建立机电技术创新教学/实验基地是一项具有深远意义的教学实践的尝试,它有利于开拓一种全新的军队工科课程的教学模式和人才培养模式,对培养学员和研究生的创新能力具有极大的促进作用.主要从以下3个方面对建立机电技术创新教学/实验基地的思路和方案,进行了初步的探讨:国内外军校创新教育的发展现状;在我院开设创新实验的基本思路;建立机电技术创新实验基地的初步规划方案.     

Comparison of rank aggregation methods based on inherent ability

Ranking is a common task for selecting and evaluating alternatives. In the past few decades, combining rankings results from various sources into a consensus ranking has become an increasingly active research topic. In this study, we focus on the evaluation of rank aggregation methods. We first develop an experimental data generation method, which can provide ground truth ranking for alternatives based on their “inherent ability.” This experimental data generation method can generate the required individual synthetic rankings with adjustable accuracy and length. We propose characterizing the effectiveness of rank aggregation methods by calculating the Kendall tau distance between the aggregated ranking and the ground truth ranking. We then compare four classical rank aggregation methods and present some useful findings on the relative performances of the four methods. The results reveal that both the accuracy and length of individual rankings have a remarkable effect on the comparison results between rank aggregation methods. Our methods and results may be helpful to both researchers and decision‐makers.
